Own end-to-end processing implementation execution as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams. Provide testing support across MasterCard products and services, including enabling customer testing of MasterCard release code and supporting changes to customer network systems. Manage multiple customer implementation projects in parallel, define and document key implementation processes, and deliver training to CIS and other organizations.
