Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Planning Manager with rolling stock fleet maintenance planning and process improvements
  • •Extract, analyze, and forecast mileage-based maintenance events from MMS work order projections
  • •Monitor rolling stock mileage accumulation against approved job plan maintenance thresholds and flag units nearing limits
  • •Coordinate with workshop managers, operations planners, and OCC to align train allocation, timetables, and workshop capacity
  • •Maintain fleet planning tools (Excel-based), update trackers/dashboards/reports, and support re-planning for operational changes

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering with understanding of Metro systems
  • •Bachelors in an engineering discipline (B-Tech/BE)
  • •2+ years of relevant experience in engineering works management, maintenance, planning, and scheduling
  • •Working knowledge of the MMS system and MMS work order management
  • •Understanding of scheduling work orders, assigning site works, and resource coordination/rostering
