Job Summary

Lead Sporty Group’s global paid user acquisition strategy across mobile, paid social, and paid search/programmatic. Own acquisition efficiency using CPA, LTV, ROAS, and incrementality, and embed rigorous experimentation across channels, measurement, attribution, and optimization. Drive automation and AI adoption in campaign operations and reporting, partner with Product/BI/Creative/MarTech/Finance, and evaluate new marketing technologies to scale sustainable growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the global user acquisition strategy and define the long-term paid acquisition vision across all Sporty products.
•Lead and develop the in-house UA organization, managing Performance Marketing Leads across Mobile, Paid Social, and Paid Search/Programmatic.
•Drive performance at scale by owning acquisition efficiency using CPA, LTV, ROAS, and incrementality.
•Build experimentation frameworks covering creatives, bidding, campaign structures, measurement, attribution, and optimization.
•Lead automation and AI adoption across campaign management, reporting, analysis, and operations while partnering cross-functionally to unlock growth.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, including leadership of large-scale paid acquisition programs.
•Proven experience leading multi-channel acquisition across mobile, PPC, paid social, and programmatic.
•Experience managing and developing high-performing teams and other people leaders.
•Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, experimentation, bidding systems, measurement, and LTV-based optimization.
•Strong commercial mindset managing significant acquisition budgets and translating data into business decisions.
