•Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI and automation across marketing, prioritizing agentic workflows with outsized leverage.
•Build a data foundation connecting renter behavior, pricing/supply signals, channel engagement, and conversion outcomes.
•Design, build, and ship production agents and automations across AEO/content, lifecycle marketing, and paid channels.
•Lead assessment of LLM data inclusion, selection criteria, and gaps across OpenAI/Claude and others.
•Partner with channel owners to identify friction/opportunity and translate technical builds into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

•Strong programming ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) building automations, API integrations, or data pipelines end-to-end.
•Hands-on building of custom AI agents or LLM-powered tools (not just configuring pre-built ones) with a track record of practical agentic applications.
•Ability to operate with minimal direction in an undefined mandate—building the frame, not just filling it in.
•Experience integrating data from outside marketing (pricing, product, lifecycle) to establish a shared foundation for others.
