•Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures and their realization
•Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications for their process
•Participate in the development of intellectual property
•Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors
•Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer the technology to manufacturing via Copy Exactly Methodology

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field

•Preferred: semiconductor processing or device fabrication and/or nanotechnology
•Electrical characterization of transistors or other semiconductor devices
•Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams
