Own delivery of complex substation construction projects across Connecticut as the single point of accountability. •Provide overall leadership and engineering oversight for substation projects, ensuring deliverables support constructability, schedule, cost targets, and operational requirements.
•Maintain overall accountability for construction execution outcomes, including safety, schedule, cost, quality, and energization readiness.
•Manage schedule, cost, and capital investment performance, including CWIP management, capital forecasting, and recovery strategies for deviations.
•Oversee external contractors and engineering firms, coordinating with municipal stakeholders, permitting agencies, regulators, utilities, and major customers.

•Proven ability to manage contractors and resolve scope/execution disputes to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
