Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound operation of all plant equipment.
  • •Operate steam generator, solar field, steam turbines, and auxiliary equipment under routine, abnormal, and emergency conditions.
  • •Execute and follow equipment LOTO procedures and maintain shift logbooks per protocol.
  • •Monitor, record, and interpret data from instruments, recording charts, annunciator systems, and computer platforms.
  • •Troubleshoot operational problems, generate work requests for repairs, and assist with qualified corrective/preventive/emergency maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with electrical and construction work plus knowledge of basic IT equipment.
  • •Understanding of general workplace safety and ability to follow safety and environmental standards.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose operational problems and execute assigned procedures safely.
  • •Demonstrated technical proficiency with power-plant equipment and engineering concepts, including electrical/mechanical fundamentals.
  • •Ability to read, write, and understand English and operate a personal computer with technical proficiency of standard business software.
