Key Responsibilities

  • •Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases that trains you for a customer-facing Customer Success role.
  • •Serve as the strategic point of contact for customers within your assigned solution portfolio and coordinate internal SAP resources to maintain overall customer health.
  • •Oversee key customer milestones across the customer lifecycle, from deal signature through system provisioning, monitoring implementation progress, and business-case achievement.
  • •Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for SAP Cloud products within the assigned portfolio.
  • •Build solution/industry knowledge and enhance skills in retention and value realization, with onboarding, on-the-job training, and mentoring.

Salary: USD 78,000 - 180,700 annually

  • •2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.
  • •Ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success, long-term value, and handle escalations to ensure satisfaction and continuity.
  • •A cooperative, productive approach to working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
