Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as global Salesforce subject-matter expert for data center services, focusing on services offers, post-order execution, and customer lifecycle management.
  • •Partner with the Offer Manager – Services to structure and scale services offers in Salesforce across regions.
  • •Ensure clean handoffs from sales to post-order execution by improving Salesforce visibility into order status, milestones, risks, and customer commitments.
  • •Define and govern global Salesforce standards for data center services use cases (processes, naming conventions, dashboards, reporting structures).
  • •Develop dashboards and insights for leadership visibility into pipeline quality and post-order performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce enablement, sales operations, commercial operations, or digital transformation in a complex B2B environment.
  • •10+ years of experience in Salesforce enablement, sales operations, commercial operations, or digital transformation in a complex B2B environment.
  • •Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and related service or post-order use cases) and strong understanding of commercial-to-execution processes.
  • •Experience partnering with IT and Digital teams on Salesforce enhancements or global deployments, including building dashboards/KPIs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
