Own the reliability and performance of Plaud.ai’s AI products at scale by leading incident response, improving reliability continuously, and building automation to reduce toil. Partner with product and engineering teams on reliability design, and elevate observability and operational maturity across distributed systems. You’ll bring strong cloud expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes hands-on experience, and programming skills (Go, Python, or Java) from SRE/infra/platform roles.
