Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage security development projects to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and strategy.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (operators, contractors, consultants, government authorities) to deliver projects.
  • •Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental standards throughout development.
  • •Monitor project progress and budget, implementing risk management and cost management strategies.
  • •Mentor and lead the development team, and prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board of directors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • •Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded.
  • •15+ years of relevant professional working experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable.
  • •Experience delivering security development assets across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
