Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts
  • •Diagnose issues using real-time information and determine root cause and corrective action
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
  • •Assist with training of lower level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
