Key Responsibilities

  • •Design advanced RF front ends and transceivers for next-generation products including phased arrays, transmitters, and receivers.
  • •Develop RF components and electronics such as matching networks, filter synthesis, LNAs, mixers, VGA, PLL/synthesizers, and VCOs.
  • •Create RF transceiver designs with schematic capture and PCB layout for RF and high-speed circuits.
  • •Use test equipment to validate prototype and production designs, and minimize/troubleshoot EMI/RFI issues.
  • •Analyze in-field RF/microwave performance data and support integration of RF/microwave designs into aircraft and other systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in RF design and development.
  • •Experience with RF concepts including impedance matching, Smith charts, and power metrics like IP3, IMD, Harmonic Distortion, and Phase Noise.
  • •Familiarity with RF circuit simulation tools such as AWR MWO, Keysight ADS, or Genesys.
