Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver revenue and asset/liability performance from an existing client portfolio while ensuring day-to-day relationship continuity and engagement enhancements.
  • •Assess and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients in a responsible and compliant manner.
  • •Support strategic growth targets by contributing to revenue growth, including credit and flow wallet growth and transaction banking.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., WMR, Credit Services, GPS, GTS) for credit and cross-sell activities.
  • •Ensure audit and regulatory recommendations are implemented, monitor/review the portfolio, and maintain timely FCC compliance including AML, sanctions, and AB&C risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/MBA with relevant experience in a client management and corporate banking role.
  • •Strong commercial lending skills, including knowledge of credit and lending, trade products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, and financial analysis.
  • •Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
  • •Mandatory completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment.
  • •Required RBI mandated Capacity Building Certification/equivalent qualification before selection.
