Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead go-to-market planning for products developed through strategic partnerships, aligning with regional teams on pricing, volumes, positioning, and launch sequencing.
•Develop and own business cases for partnership-driven launches, securing market alignment and sign-off on investment, pricing strategy, and volume commitments.
•Support regional teams in executing local launch plans and manage post-launch performance by tracking adoption, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions.
•Serve as product management lead for the legacy portfolio to ensure ongoing customer needs are met with service continuity, support readiness, and positive end-of-life experience.
•Continuously evaluate the legacy portfolio for rationalization and pruning opportunities to reduce complexity and enable shifts toward growth while protecting customer trust.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in international product management, marketing, or related strategic/commercial roles in medical devices or health technology
•Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, product management, or equivalent
•Experience delivering complex projects to meet demanding features, cost, quality, and launch targets
•Strong marketing processes, strategic planning, and budgeting skills, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
•Exposure to regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU MDR) and reimbursement considerations
