Job Summary

Develop and implement ESG strategies for the corporate real estate portfolio, setting targets for energy, water, and waste reduction while driving carbon neutrality initiatives. Lead ESG data collection, reporting, and KPI dashboarding to support enterprise disclosures across CDP, GRESB, SASB, GRI, and TCFD frameworks. Partner with internal teams and external landlords, service providers, and design/construction teams to embed ESG principles into projects, supplier diversity, and workplace engagement programs.

•Develop and execute ESG programs for corporate real estate aligned to enterprise sustainability and governance goals.
•Establish and track targets for energy, water, and waste reduction across the portfolio.
•Oversee ESG data collection and reporting (e.g., GHG emissions, energy intensity, LEED/WELL certifications) for enterprise disclosures.
•Create dashboards and KPIs to track progress against sustainability goals.
•Collaborate with landlords, service providers, and design/construction teams to integrate ESG principles and promote supplier diversity and sustainable procurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Real Estate, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
•5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate real estate with proven project leadership.
•Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks including CDP, GRESB, SASB, GRI, and TCFD.
•Experience managing ESG data collection and reporting tools for sustainability/ESG metrics.
•Open to working fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week.
