•Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for Tier-2 internal application bugs using code behavior, system logs, and data flows.
•Collaborate with core backend and frontend squads to isolate Tier-3 bugs and support platform stability.
•Assist with database structural changes and deploy toolsets that improve support effectiveness.
•Automate workflows and build scripts using AI-driven tools to reduce repetitive tasks.
•Document complex system behaviors clearly for Tier-1 teams and internal alignment.

Key Requirements

•1 to 5 years of experience in software development, technical application support, or a strong programming foundation (Junior Developer profiles are welcome).
•Ability to read code, understand logic, and navigate databases.
•Experience working with the stated tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Java, and React, backed by MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
•Curiosity to experiment with AI tools, prompts, or automation scripts to improve efficiency.
