Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients courteously and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, online and mobile banking, to improve their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
  • •Help ensure Integrated Relationship Management delivery of Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.

Key Requirements
