Job Summary

Senior water/wastewater engineer leading design and execution of water transmission, distribution, pumping, and treatment projects in a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

•Design water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, conveyance systems, and master planning for water/wastewater facilities.
•Manage project design tasks, permitting, construction coordination, and mentor junior engineering staff.
•Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams as task lead on water/wastewater projects.
•Execute project work individually or in cross-functional teams, including calculations, permit applications, and regulatory/technical memos.
•Maintain quality control standards and procedures for design deliverables, analysis, and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus in Water/Wastewater or related discipline.
•5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in water/wastewater engineering.
•Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
•Expertise in water/wastewater engineering principles and environmental permitting.
•Knowledge of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations and record-keeping requirements.
