Key Responsibilities

•Learn and apply the Workday methodology to lead project teams deploying Workday enterprise cloud applications across Finance, HR, and Planning.
•Guide customers through the deployment lifecycle from project start-up through go-live, resolving challenges with delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management.
•Deliver expected customer value on time and on budget across medium to large complex global deployments.
•Promote innovation and continuous improvement by using AI tools and emerging technologies to increase delivery efficiency.
•Act as a trusted advisor to customers; empower project teams around deployment objectives and support Workday AI adoption while reporting to EMEA Delivery Directors (with travel up to 25% across EMEA).

Salary: EUR 82,600 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in engagement management, project management, or professional services delivery in a SaaS, ERP, HCM, Financials, or enterprise software environment.
•Experience leading complex software implementation projects across multiple industries, including global or multi-country deployments.
•Ability to create deployment plans combining business and technical experience aligned to customer industry and transformation program.
•Experience in project management: define scope, manage resources and finances, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality outcomes across the lifecycle.
•Experience in software implementations and relationship management, including assessing requirements, navigating challenges, and building trust with customer and internal partners.
