Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive data modeling within the data collection tribe for Finance, Risk, and Compliance data needs.
  • •Develop harmonised business information and logical data models, including metadata capture, consistency, lineage, and traceability.
  • •Support common business terminology and data definitions to improve consistency across stakeholders and reporting.
  • •Contribute to compliance with BCBS 239, Basel/CRR, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements aligned to domain architecture.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and architects across Finance, Risk, and Compliance, and with data management professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid subject matter knowledge of financial instruments across trading and lending, including collateral and party data.
  • •Experience with harmonised business information and logical data models, data definitions, and data mapping/flows for governing business-critical data.
  • •Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and modeling approaches, including Data Vault 2.0, Inmon, and Kimball.
  • •Good understanding of how data is managed and consumed across organisations for reporting, analytics, regulatory processes, and data management practices.
  • •Ability to bridge business and data perspectives and translate complex requirements into clear information structures.
