Salary: USD 286,400 - 326,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •PhD currently has or is in the process of obtaining in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields (or MS with specified applied research experience).
  • •Applied Research experience: 2 years with PhD-in-process or 4 years with MS (as described).
  • •Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of AI foundation methodologies and experience building large deep learning models (e.g., LLMs) plus expertise in areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, or RLHF.
  • •Experience delivering model code/libraries/solutions to existing products and owning long-running research projects.
  • •Engagement in applied research with evidence such as first-author publications or projects (as described).
