Job Summary

Analyze financial statements to drive business decisions by building budgets, forecasts, profitability and liquidity models, and conducting economic research to identify key trends. Prepare performance reporting, variance analysis, and financial projections, and support monthly/quarterly/annual closings with reconciliations and journal entries. Manage accounts payable/receivable by processing invoices, monitoring collections, and ensuring accurate cash-flow reporting using ERP and advanced Excel.

•Collect, analyze, and present financial data for decision-making, including performance reporting, budget variance analysis, and financial projections.
•Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
•Analyze financial statements (budgets, forecasts, profitability, liquidity) to understand the current financial situation.
•Develop financial models and conduct economic research to identify trends impacting the business.
•Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing supplier invoices, managing payments, and reconciling AR to ensure efficient cash flow.

Key Requirements

•Preferred educational background in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling.
•Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for financial and accounting data management.
•Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statement analysis.
•Nice-to-have: familiarity with Tableau or Power BI and basic SQL/database knowledge.
