Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Compensation & Benefits processes including annual salary review cycles and bonus payments within agreed timelines
  • •Prepare, validate, and reconcile compensation and benefits data, resolving discrepancies before payroll processing
  • •Act as first point of contact for managers and HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits queries and provide C&B guidance
  • •Follow standard operating procedures and internal controls, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation
  • •Participate in C&B projects, support rollout of new initiatives, and prepare standard and ad hoc compensation reports and analyses

Key Requirements
