•Oversee the Accounts Payable team and manage the procure-to-pay cycle from invoice receipt to payment disbursement.
•Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying automation opportunities and implementing best practices.
•Drive the implementation and ongoing management of AP-related technologies, including Oracle Fusion and OCR/IDP tools.
•Manage vendor relationships, resolve inquiries/disputes, and negotiate favorable payment terms when appropriate.
•Supervise invoice processing, reconciliation, internal controls, reporting, and audit support to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
•Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
•Proven experience with Oracle Fusion (Accounts Payable module) is mandatory, including its functionalities, configuration, and best practices for AP processing.
•Demonstrated experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) technologies within an AP environment.
•Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP best practices, leadership, data analysis, and communication skills.
