Manage subscription/usage billing accuracy in NetSuite, uphold revenue recognition compliance, and automate commercial-finance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Deal Desk by reviewing complex commercial terms including pricing, discount structures, payment terms, and contract profitability.
•Partner across Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure deals align with policies and financial objectives.
•Own subscription and usage/overage billing accuracy across the billing platform and NetSuite.
•Lead collections and AR processes: reduce AR aging, improve DSO, manage escalation, credit holds, and dispute resolution.
•Ensure revenue recognition compliance (Ind AS 115 / ASC 606) and support process improvements for quote-to-cash and financial reporting.

Key Requirements

•4 to 6 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance.
•Experience partnering with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams.
•Strong understanding of SaaS business models (subscription revenue, ARR, bookings, renewals, revenue recognition).
•Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
