Job Summary

Design, script, test, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity and risk. Create test plans and cases, coordinate automation test data needs across systems, and execute functional and performance testing to meet expected performance levels. Investigate and resolve technical issues alongside clients and technical staff, write operating documentation, and assess automation feasibility while estimating timelines, tasks, costs, and effort. Work within Agile and modern automation frameworks.

•Create test plans and test cases, define automation data needs across systems, and coordinate required test data.
•Execute functional and performance tests to ensure automation performance targets are met.
•Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems in collaboration with clients and technical staff.
•Write documentation for automation capabilities and operating procedures, and estimate timelines, tasks, costs, and effort.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•5–6 years of relevant experience applying programming concepts and development logic to automate processes.
•Basic knowledge of data/process modeling, system and application testing, and the software development life cycle.
•Basic knowledge of Java or VBA (or similar configuration/scripting technology) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
•Experience with automation testing and tools such as Selenium/Playwright and performance/load testing using LoadRunner/JMeter (plus familiarity with automation frameworks).
