Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise O-6/SES leadership on digital modernization, workflow optimization, and knowledge engineering strategy.
  • •Mentor Knowledge Engineers on metadata practices, governance, semantic standards, and workflow digitization.
  • •Map and digitize command workflows and Joint Staff standards; identify bottlenecks and produce versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Design/maintain minimum viable ontologies and apply enterprise metadata, taxonomy, and content-modeling standards to enable AI agent/LLM readiness.
  • •Oversee contractor work packages and MVP increments, validate deliverables against governance requirements, and drive training and adoption initiatives.
