Key Responsibilities

  • •Define multi-year platform architecture for Account Management primitives (Teams, Organizations, Projects, Tags) for hyperscale and evolving enterprise/AI-native needs.
  • •Lead cross-domain architectural decisions where account primitives intersect with Identity, Billing, and AI/ML platform teams.
  • •Own console-facing platform strategy (notifications, reporting, dashboards), establishing reusable patterns for other teams.
  • •Set sustaining engineering standards for technical debt prioritization, security rule coverage, and operational hygiene across the domain.
  • •Mentor senior engineers and translate account platform strategy and investment rationale to senior leadership (VP/CPTO level).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, cloud-scale distributed systems, ideally in user account management, identity, or customer experience domains at enterprise scale.
  • •Expert proficiency in Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js, with exposure to Python and Rust.
  • •Proven ability to design and operate high-throughput, scalable systems handling millions of events per second across multiple regions, with graceful degradation and multi-year growth in mind.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud security models, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Chef) at platform scale.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
