Key Responsibilities

•Define multi-year platform architecture for Account Management primitives (Teams, Organizations, Projects, Tags) for hyperscale and evolving enterprise/AI-native needs.
•Lead cross-domain architectural decisions where account primitives intersect with Identity, Billing, and AI/ML platform teams.
•Own console-facing platform strategy (notifications, reporting, dashboards), establishing reusable patterns for other teams.
•Set sustaining engineering standards for technical debt prioritization, security rule coverage, and operational hygiene across the domain.
•Mentor senior engineers and translate account platform strategy and investment rationale to senior leadership (VP/CPTO level).

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, cloud-scale distributed systems, ideally in user account management, identity, or customer experience domains at enterprise scale.
•Expert proficiency in Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js, with exposure to Python and Rust.
•Proven ability to design and operate high-throughput, scalable systems handling millions of events per second across multiple regions, with graceful degradation and multi-year growth in mind.
•Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud security models, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Chef) at platform scale.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
