Research Associate (Full Time) - Lubbock

Support the bank’s Research Department by completing assigned research functions and responding to inquiries via email and phone. Coordinate with local banks and internal departments to resolve requests, maintain professional relationships, and communicate applicable policies and procedures. Prepare correspondence, assist with subpoena and IRS requests, handle escheatment-related duties, complete statement requests, and support department administration through reporting and assigned projects.
