Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply your expertise to major Defence, maritime and nuclear infrastructure programs supporting Australia’s long-term strategic capability.
  • •Support technically complex infrastructure design and delivery across the Defence estate, including projects shaped by the AUKUS partnership.
  • •Contribute to multidisciplinary teams delivering safe, resilient infrastructure outcomes for national security programs.
  • •Develop Australian sovereign capability by bringing technical expertise and project experience to a growing market.
  • •Mentor and collaborate with colleagues across AECOM’s global Defence and infrastructure business.

Key Requirements

  • •Defence or nuclear experience, including working in the Nuclear Defence sector and highly regulated environments with NSQEP experience highly regarded.
  • •Relevant degree or professional qualification in your discipline.
  • •Strong technical capability within your discipline and experience delivering complex projects to high standards.
  • •Experience on large-scale, multidisciplinary or highly regulated infrastructure programs.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, clients, and industry partners.
