Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring the employee communication strategy to life across channels, events, and campaigns.
  • •Create and publish content for large internal audiences, including planning, commissioning, and scheduling to deadline.
  • •Support and coordinate major employee events such as town halls, webinars, and roadshows.
  • •Use channel and content data to produce reporting, insights, and recommendations to continuously improve communications.
  • •Manage relationships with communications platform partners and troubleshoot publishing/channel issues as needed.
