Join our Kraków-based Voluum team as an Automation & BI Specialist, building dashboards and reports, automating repetitive tasks, and turning data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll work with Power BI, SQL, and data modeling across multiple sources, in a hybrid setup with opportunity for growth in a data-driven SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
•Analyze business data and deliver insights that support better decision-making.
•Automate repetitive reporting tasks and contribute to process automation initiatives.
•Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
•Support the development of data models, calculated measures, and KPIs in Power BI.

Key Requirements

•You have 2 years of experience in a BI, Data Analyst, Reporting, or similar role.
•You have working knowledge of Power BI, including report building and basic data modeling.
•You have solid SQL skills and are comfortable querying and analyzing data from various sources.
•You are familiar with workflow automation tools such as Make.com or Power Automate.
•You have basic knowledge of business process automation and are eager to develop it further.
