Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to sell Kong’s Enterprise Platform to global enterprise accounts from a remote Dubai-based role. You’ll own a book of business, manage buying criteria and process, drive pipeline, and lead pre- and post-sale activities while traveling 30-50% to customer sites. Open source and APIs experience are a plus, with a strong emphasis on quota attainment and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell Kong Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers
•Meet individual quota and objectives
•Take ownership of your book of business, documenting buying criteria and process, determining motion/patterns, and driving leads to closure
•Provide account leadership and direction in pre- and post-sales processes and analyze wins/losses
•Travel to customer sites as required (30% - 50%)

Travel: High travel

•Experience in selling enterprise software; experience with open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software a big plus
•Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success
•Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills
•Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
