Firmware Engineer

Build low-level firmware for a novel LLM accelerator that powers Neurophos’ hybrid optical-electronic compute hardware. You’ll orchestrate LLM workload execution across accelerator components, handle system and board management, and create debugging and profiling tools. Partner with hardware engineers on software-hardware interfaces, optimize end-to-end performance, and develop testing, validation, and documentation to ensure reliable operation and strong customer integrations.
