Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Underwriters on specialized insurance programs within a team environment
  • •Process new and renewal information for accounts assigned to Underwriters
  • •Communicate with insureds during customer service activities
  • •Process binders, certificates, invoices and endorsement changes
  • •file setup and preparation of policy issuance instructions; learn team programs to qualify new business for acceptance or declination
