Job Summary

Support corporate access activity by building and maintaining senior relationships across portfolio managers, analysts, investor relations, broker-dealers, and internal stakeholders. Execute complex meetings and events end-to-end, from planning and logistics to communications and day-of support. Own accurate relationship data and produce periodic and ad hoc reporting on engagement and service levels, analyzing trends to improve process, reporting, technology usage, and the overall stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage corporate relations activity across TRPA and TRPIM, including company meetings, thematic events, headquarters visits, conferences, and research trips.
•Build relationships with portfolio managers, analysts, associate analysts, corporate relations originators, and internal business partners to deliver a consistent service experience.
•Serve as the point of contact for investor relations teams, broker dealers, company management teams, and other external partners.
•Lead complex events from planning through execution, including scheduling, attendee management, internal marketing, external communications, materials, logistics, and day-of support.
•Maintain accurate meeting/relationship data and produce periodic and ad hoc reporting; analyze activity data to identify trends and service gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate access, investor relations, financial services, investment research support, and/or research sales.

•Experience working with investment professionals, corporate management teams, investor relations teams, broker dealers, or financial services stakeholders.
•Strong reporting, analytical, data management, and written/verbal communication skills.
