•Own and grow revenue for a portfolio of partner accounts through tele-sales and relationship management.
•Sell on the phone and meet daily productivity targets for calls and sales.
•Provide operational support and ensure documentation accuracy and partner approvals in systems.
•Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with Foodpanda’s standards.
•Build strong client relationships, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and drive solutions aligned with company offers.

Key Requirements

•2 to 3 years experience in a client management role
•Comfortable making outbound calls via digital tools for telesales
•Proficient in English; Mandarin or Cantonese skills are a plus
•Data-sensitive with a sales mindset
•Experience with Google applications; Salesforce is a plus
