Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint Online and other ECM solutions, including site structures, repositories, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and training materials.
  • •Develop and document reliable, scalable SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ECM solutions aligned to business processes and requirements.
  • •Gather and document business requirements and advise users on capabilities, governance standards, records management practices, and best practices.
  • •Coordinate and communicate configuration, support, migration, and enhancement activities with IT stakeholders, administrators, vendors, and business teams.
  • •Support ongoing operations by following change control and compliance procedures, troubleshooting defects, and deploying templates, workflows, governance patterns, and updates across business areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience).
  • •Experience administering and configuring SharePoint Online, including site design and list/library management.
  • •Experience with permissions, metadata, and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
  • •PowerShell scripting experience for automation, reporting, and administrative support.
  • •Experience supporting SharePoint/ECM solution delivery lifecycle, change management, governance, and records management, including familiarity with migration tools (e.g., AvePoint, Quest, Varonis, Cognillo).
