Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborates with Product Management and the Product Owner to create customer journey maps and user story mappings that define new software functionality.
  • •Works with the Product Owner and development team to ensure requirements are complete, clear, and testable; validates requirements readiness.
  • •Develops and documents test artifacts including test scenarios, test plans, and test cases across functional, performance, reliability, safety, and localization testing.
  • •Establishes full traceability between requirements and test cases to achieve 100% test coverage.
  • •Participates in Scrum teams and risk management activities (e.g., FMEA), contributing to sprint execution and validation of software releases.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as an individual contributor as Software Test Engineer, Verification Engineer, or similar role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Jama, Jira, TestComplete, Quality Center) and desktop test automation tools (e.g., Qt Squish, PyTest, WinAppDriver).
  • •Experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven testing is a bonus.
  • •Experience collaborating with global software development teams and strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
