Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform compensation analysis for semi-annual compensation cycles and job benchmarking against market standards.
  • •Collaborate with enterprise business leaders on compensation initiatives and recommendations for pay approaches.
  • •Enhance compensation analytics by implementing automation and refining processes with a team of analysts.
  • •Support mid-year and year-end compensation cycles through Workday testing and budget reporting, including unique case research.
  • •Conduct compensation analysis on large, cross-functional projects across businesses and countries and advance market intelligence tooling and vendor relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in compensation, finance, analytics, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year of experience with Workday (including Advanced Compensation), plus 1+ year each with SQL and Python.
