Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within inspection centers.
  • •Take vehicle photos for customers to view in Carvana’s spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Operate vehicle equipment/tools while following safety procedures, with possible mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
  • •Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
