Job Summary

Serve as a geospatial and AEC subject matter expert on an account team, advising customers on complex business challenges through GIS. Build executive and technical relationships, lead technical meetings, and present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Leverage ArcGIS and IT/cloud knowledge to define and troubleshoot complex strategies, including integrations with business systems. Coach team members, and present at conferences and executive engagements.

•Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team, leading technical meetings that drive revenue
•Act as a technical leader and AEC/environmental subject matter expert to develop complex solutions for strategic customers
•Proactively craft and propose solutions showing how GIS delivers business value, defining strategies aligned to customer needs
•Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences and provide configuration guidance and best practices
•Share knowledge and coach new team members on best practices

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience using Esri technology to create maps, perform spatial analysis, and configure web applications
•3+ years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries
•Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context, including web services and cloud computing
•Experience troubleshooting client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture
•Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
