Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as a competent practitioner within the Systems Engineering & Verification team to bring clarity from ambiguity.
  • •Translate product vision into clear and concise user, business, and product requirements.
  • •Create and manage the verification strategy to ensure traceability from test cases to product requirements, including identifying test cases, methodologies, and required test methods.
  • •Use MBSE to develop product architectures by decomposing functional, physical, logical, and behavioural aspects.
  • •Build and coordinate system-wide simulations, collaborate with engineering teams on work packages and trade-off studies, and coach systems engineers as the team grows.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years’ experience in a product development environment applying systems engineering processes and applications.
  • •A first degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronic, or software engineering.
  • •Experience performing systems breakdown and architecture definition using functional analysis techniques to produce unambiguous requirements.
  • •Good grasp of MBSE, including building SysML models using systems engineering modelling software.
  • •Able to work agile and autonomously; requirements management and PLM tools experience is desirable but not essential.
