Job Summary

Lead regional consumer marketing for the Nordics (DK, SE, NO, FI) within Zalando’s Nordic cluster. Key Responsibilities

•Create and execute local annual marketing strategy to meet business and growth objectives in the Nordic markets
•Lead the execution of all local go-to-market tactics and manage creative planning with local agencies
•Hold weekly stand-up meetings with the Nordic marketing team to activate owned, earned and paid initiatives
•Collaborate with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams (Retail, Commercial Planning and Pricing, Business Development, PR) to define audiences and tactics and scale best practices
•Manage the regional media budget with the aim of maximizing effectiveness of investment and measure marketing impact

Key Requirements

•8+ years of marketing and commercial experience, preferably in e-commerce fashion, with a proven track record of driving market share growth
•Built and executed successful marketing strategies, especially in Denmark, Sweden and ideally in Norway and Finland
•Fluent in English; additional languages from the markets are a plus
•Strong experience in planning and executing Regional/Country Marketing Strategy and in reaching and engaging users, audiences, and segments
•Data-driven with advanced ecommerce analytics tools understanding, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple tools and stakeholders
