Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop accurate planograms for all required store/planogram combinations using merchandise data for analysis.
  • •Layout new or remodeled stores and create store layouts to support company growth and seasonal merchandise plans.
  • •Translate departmental strategies and criteria into category merchandise plans and evaluate opportunities to maximize financial performance.
  • •Coordinate category strategy and line review sessions, using analytics to guide SKU presentation and efficient inventory management.
  • •Maintain shelf labels, archives of category strategies/line reviews, keep databases current, and provide reporting for other departments and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience in a business-related environment.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
