Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a 2–3 toddler classroom and create Montessori environments that support exploration and independence
  • •Observe each child closely to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • •Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom that fosters focus, independence, and exploration
  • •Provide lessons in practical life skills, language development, and grace and courtesy
  • •Communicate and collaborate with parents and team members to support children’s growth and classroom routines

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue fully sponsored Montessori certification or have a previously earned Montessori diploma
