Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Quality team with problem solving, transformation, lean manufacturing, process/continuous improvement, innovation, and six sigma projects.
  • •Learn and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes; assist and participate in improvement efforts.
  • •Update visual management schemes, metrics, support analysis, and tools used to operate manufacturing.
  • •Document 5S scores, housekeeping audits, and FOD levels and assist in compliance topics.
  • •Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience, and currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • •Study in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (highly preferred).
  • •Some office work environment preferred; organized with strong time management.
  • •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite; AutoCAD and VBA proficiency are preferred.
  • •Authorized to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship/work authorization.
