Job Summary

Own the Order to Cash (O2C) portfolio by setting prioritization, sequencing, and value realization for finance transformation initiatives. Establish portfolio management standards, metrics, and transparent reporting across progress, risk, and outcomes. Serve as a cross-functional bridge between Finance, IT, and Product to align technology roadmaps and drive ROI tracking using ROI/NPV/IRR dashboards. Lead execution excellence with PMO frameworks and governance across AR and RevOps.

•Own the O2C strategic initiative portfolio, including prioritization, sequencing, and value realization.
•Establish portfolio management standards, metrics, and reporting for transparency into progress, risk, and outcomes.
•Bridge Finance, IT, and Product to align technology roadmaps with corporate finance plans.
•Design ROI measurement approaches and dashboards to track pre- and post-implementation financial performance.
•Drive portfolio governance and execution excellence using PMO frameworks to improve delivery discipline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 169,800 - 254,600 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial portfolio management, strategic planning, or management consulting in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Engineering, or related); Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
•Strong knowledge of ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and its operational impacts on billing architectures and financial systems portfolio prioritization.
•Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives at scale.
•Ability to bridge upstream commercial teams (Sales Operations, Legal, pricing committees) with downstream finance functions to ensure revenue pipeline continuity.
