Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex business cases as the principal technical investigator using microeconomic analysis, econometric estimations, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • •Build business and investment models, including market sizing and DCF-based analyses (e.g., revenue, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR) to evaluate client policies, projects, and programs.
  • •Use analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Costar, IMPLAN, REMI, Python, Tableau) to derive patterns and insights from client and third-party datasets.
  • •Conduct stakeholder and C-suite interviews, and perform quality control on analytical tasks assigned to junior team members.
  • •Create executive-ready decks and synthesize inputs into dashboards, narratives, playbooks, and toolkits; support solutions hypotheses, pitch decks, and value proposition development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or a quantitatively related field, plus 4 years of experience as a professional economist and/or quantitatively inclined management consultant (or equivalent).
  • •At least 2 years of Management Consulting or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in microeconomic modeling and econometrics with strong numerical reasoning and quantitative business acumen.
  • •Experience with funding and financing strategies, including value capture, plus economic and fiscal impact analysis.
  • •Experience evaluating financial cash flows and building financial feasibility models for infrastructure investments.
